Round 2 NAB Cup Fixture

AFTER the opening round of the NAB Cup, just eight teams are left to fight it out in this weekend’s quarter finals. Four games will be played across the weekend with another four NAB Challenge matches to be played by the eliminated teams. Winners of this weeks matches will go straight to the semi finals to play for their spot in the 2008 NAB Cup Final. Essendon, after their good performance against the Brisbane Lions, will take on the Western Bulldogs at the Telstra Dome on Friday night to kick off round 2. The two most impressive sides of Round 1, St Kilda and Geelong, will clash on Saturday followed by Hawthorn and Collingwood later that night. The only non-victorian sides left, Adelaide and Fremantle, will contest on Sunday at AAMI Stadium. Round 2 NAB Cup Fixture Friday, February 22nd, 2008 Western Bulldogs vs. Essendon at Telstra Dome, 7.40pm AEDT (Seven) Saturday, February 23rd, 2008 St Kilda vs. Geelong at Manuka Oval, 3.40pm AEDT (Fox Sports) Hawthorn vs. Collingwood at Telstra Dome, 7.10pm AEDT (Ten) Sunday, February 24th, 2008 Adelaide vs. Fremantle at AAMI Stadium, 4.40pm ACDT (Fox Sports)
