Maxwell to miss four

Collingwood captain Nick Maxwell is now certain to miss the Magpies round one clash against Adelaide after his appeal on a 3 week ban for a rough conduct was thrown out at the tribunal and upgraded to four weeks. Maxwell was cited for a high bump on West Coasts Pat McGinnity that left the 19-year-old with a broken jaw. At best Maxwell will only miss one home and away game but if Collingwood drop out of the NAB Cup early then he could potentially miss the first 3 rounds of the season. Do you think the four match ban on Maxwell is too harsh? Comment below.
