So it’s fair to say my multi’s have been complete duds in the first two rounds, $20 out of pocket but I’m going to triple that this week. After Adelaide and Sydney made me look like a complete idiot last week I am definitely avoiding them this round.
Leg 1: Geelong – Over 24.5 @ $2.12
Geelong came out and smashed them in the NAB Cup and I’m predicting they will do it again. It may not be as convincing but they should get the distance.
Leg 2: Carlton – Over 24.5 – $1.93
In recent years the rivalry between Carlton and Essendon has often been played as a shootout, with one team breaking away in the final quarter to run away with the game. Whether the trend continues on Saturday night or not is yet to be known but either way I think Carlton should and will win by a decent margin.
Leg 3: Port Adelaide – Over 24.5 – $1.55
Playing Melbourne at home, anything less than a 30+ point win would be disappointing for Port Adelaide. They were all talk this time last week and got ahead of themselves playing West Coast at Subiaco. They will be wanting to come out and smash the Demons.
