Carlton have named a near full strength side to take on the Brisbane Lions in Friday nights NAB Cup Grand Final. Chris Judd will play his first game of the year after recovering from a hamstring strain.

The Lions will spend their third week in a row on the road, despite being the only side undefeated in the pre-season competition. They too will field one of their strongest sides to take on the Blues, boasted by the return of Jack Redden and Matt Maguire.

The two teams met in the 2007 NAB Cup Grand Final, that day it was Carlton who were victors by 25 points. Can the Lions go against the odds to win their first ever pre-season trophy?
