Essendon veteran Dustin Fletcher has been given the thumbs up to play in the round 15 clash against Brisbane after x-rays cleared him of what was a suspected broken hand. The defender injured his hand towards the end of the second quarter in the game against Fremantle at Subiaco Oval and caused him to sit out the match after the main break. The x-rays revealed no broken bones only severe bruising which is unlikely to keep him from lining up against Brisbane after the split round break he will receive this week.
