Midfielder Daniel Wells will be with the Kangaroos for a further two years after re-signing until the end of the 2010 season, crushing any speculation that he may return to Western Australia.
Wells was happy to stay at North Melbourne who are having another great season, sitting in fourth after 20 rounds.
“It’s fantastic,” Wells said today.
“The manager and the club have been working pretty hard the last couple of weeks and knocked it over pretty quickly.
“I just look forward to playing some good footy.”
