Adelaide  All-Australian defender Nathan Bock has been suspended by the club indefinitely and fined $5000 after the 26 year old was charged with assualt on Saturday night. Bock was arrested by police around midnight on Saturday when he allegedly assulted his girlfriend in alcohol fueled incident and will face court later in the year. At a media conference today Bock expressed his remorse and made a public apology to his girlfriend and her family. “I am deeply disappointed in my behaviour and acknowledge the fact that as an Adelaide Football Club player, we are looked upon as role models in the community and I will endeavour to regain any respect I have lost,” Bock said. Chris Knights and Trent Hentschel will both be out for a month after sustaining injuries in Friday nights loss to the Saints. Knights suffered a fractured eye-socket and will be assessed by an facial surgeon later this week. Hentschel, who made his long awaited return in Round 1 after missing two seasons, will undergo an arthroscopy to remove debris from his knee.
