Advertising Terms & Conditions

By signing up for advertising on AFL Online you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• AFL Online will not refund purchases made for advertising packages under any circumstances.
• AFL Online will not place any advertising banners on it’s website that contains any adult material or anything that may offend other people.
• Advertising clients must pay in full before their advertising banner will be placed on AFL Online.
• AFL Online can not guarentee that advertising banners will be displayed at an equal percentage of time as other banners.
• In the event of a clients site being closed, the banner will still be displayed, unless the client requests the banners removal.
• AFL Online reserves the right to change any advertising prices without notice. New prices will come into affect after the conclusion of the current payment period.
• AFL Online reserves the right to refuse any banners which it views to be inappropriate for display.
• All banners displayed on AFL Online must not break any copyright laws or make an infringement that may be subject to any intellectual property law protection.
• All banners displayed on AFL Online must not advertise any material that discusses and/or promotes participation in illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, possession, distribution and consumption of illicit drugs, or any other criminal activity that users may promote or endorse.
• All banners displayed on AFL Online must not attempt to distribute (through referral to other websites) any information or material that could harm other users’ computers or that would facilitate inappropriate access to certain software, websites or other restricted material.
• AFL Online is not responsible for any unlawful activities conducted on any of its advertised sites and will not take any responsibility for any damage caused by these websites.
• Any logos displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
• Banners shown on AFL Online does not necessarily reflect the views of AFL Online nor any of its Staff, nor do they indicate a commitment to a particular course of action.
• AFL Online software collects non-personal information, such as a users Operating System, IP Address, browser type etc to record statistics of its range of users.
