Victorian bushfires – how you can help

As the death toll rises in what is already Australia’s worst natural disaster, the victims of the Victorian bushfires need all the help they can get. Continue reading for information on how to help. Relief centres are already overloaded with physical possessions. The best way to help is to donate money directly to the Red Cross State Government Victorian Bushfire Appeal Fund. * Visit www.redcross.org.au * Phone 1800 811 700 * Any NAB, ANZ, Westpac or Commonwealth Bank branch * Any Bunnings store * By direct deposit to the Victorian Bushfire Relief Fund – BSB 082-001, Account number 860-046-797 Wildlife Victoria The current fire situation has left its devastation on our wildlife including the loss of at least two wildlife shelters to the fires. Wildlife Victoria are trying to assertain the safety of other shelters in the fire areas and to offer support and help with evacuation of animals already in their care if they need it.   1. i think the AFL should donate all the jersies from round 1 to an auction and sell them and the proceeds go to the the Victorian fire authority

  2. Great idea Campbell, Essendon are selling their shorts and will have the bushfire appeal information on their shorts.
