Dad is seriously considering getting Foxtel this year. Problem is me and him want the sport, step mum wants the movies and my brother wants kids channels so its gonna cost a fair bit. Think I'll offer to pay half.

Down here it is only 12.95 for the sports.. but if you get 2 packages its 19.95 and even cheaper for more..

$10 a month is nothing for the value you get from foxsports lol

Of course that is on top of the basic package too..

It's like $40 for basic and $16 for every extra group of channels. Of course they put one good channel in with a bunch of shit channels so your basically paying $16 for one channel.

Anyway I'm happy at the thought of having the house to myself for the whole week starting on Saturday.

I couldn't live without Foxtel. Just that assurance of knowing that I'm never going to miss a match. Also for those who can, get Foxtel IQ. Life-changing. :P

Yeah, I just moved out a couple of months ago and had to get it put on bout a fotnight ago.. Was ok without it while the cricket was on FTA but had to get it for all the AFL matches plus on the couch etc, WI v England is on now, plus with Aus tours to SA and England coming up, it was more than worth it for me..

He has a point though, it was only 67 pages on my end. Oh well.

Make me happy: We just got a sponsor on board for our new footy tipping comp this year. Not your typical tipping comp this year either ;)

Meh, 1000 posts to me is a big thread. I just chopped it off at the most logical conversation point.
