I'm bored, AFLO is lifeless and a top 10 is always fun and gets a bit of activity going...

Who's used it to quit smoking?
Keen to try it, but keep hearing all this stuff about having weird ass dreams, suicidal tendencies and can also lead down to depression. The dreams would be pretty fun, but not really sure I want to kill myself just yet. Anyone tried it before?
