IN a 300th game to remember forever, champion Bulldog Brad Johnson steered his side home, kicking three late goals to sink the Crows at the Telstra Dome.
After Adelaide captain Simon Goodwin goaled at the 25
minute mark to put the Crows up by eight points, Johnson, having being
held pretty well for most of the day, producing an amazing 5 minutes of
footy, to get the Dogs in front. Nathan Bock had a chance steal the
lead back with just 20 seconds left on the clock but missed and
Bulldogs were home by three points.
Johnson ended with five goals for the game, with ex-Crow Scott Welsh kicking four against his old side. Brett Burton was the best for the Crows kicking five goals.
