At the beginning of the week, Bomber Jason Winderlich was set to return in Saturday’s game against Port Adelaide. Winderlich sustained an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament early last season and hasn’t played since round four, almost one year ago.
However, having experienced soreness in his hamstring after training on Wednesday, Winderlich is to undergo scans to reveal the state of the injury. This setback leaves the possibility of his return this weekend, unlikely.
