#1 – Brent Harvey

Brent Harvey comes across as that one mate who always seems to forget his wallet once it’s his turn to shout. Putting that aside, there is no doubt Harvey would have some ripping yarns to tell after 20 years in the system. He has played alongside some of the all time greats and seen some of the most famous controversies of the game unfold.

#4 – Steve Johnson

One of the most colourful characters in the game and now a member of the Giants squad. The 3x Premiership player and Norm Smith Medalist has been known to enjoy more than one cold beer. Best mates with Geelong legend Billy Brownless, you just know he would have some great stories to tell. The famous Geelong Mad Monday’s and post-premiership celebrations would undoubtedly have some great moments. A round of golf and a few refreshments sounds like the perfect day to spend with the Geelong legend.

#3 – Bob Murphy

Thanks to AFL360 we have come to know quite a bit about Bob Murphy and how he likes to enjoy his life outside of football. We imagine a night with Bob Murphy would include a few cold frothies and enjoying some local talent take to the stage, maybe Melbourne legends You Am I.

#2 – Luke Hodge

If you don’t already love Luke Hodge then you should at least respect him. Hodge is a 3x Premiership captain and 4x Premiership player, you just know he would have a few good stories to tell. The Colac local is known to enjoy a cold beer, we just won’t let him drive home afterwards.

#1 – Gary Ablett Jnr

Because who wouldn’t want to share a drink with arguably the greatest player to play the game.

Special Mentions
Taylor Walker – Once caught enjoying a beer at a SANFL match, seems like a great bloke.
Dyson Heppell – Comes across as a down to earth character who would enjoy a few refreshments.
Dane Swan & Dustin Martin – Good mates who would without a doubt enjoy themselves after a few drinks
