AFL Online would like to congratulate Ann Dawson on winning the 2007 AFL Online Tipping Competition. Ann finished with a score of 116 and won the competition outright by 2 whole tips and collecting a handy $250 for her efforts. In second position came Jason Toirkens on 114 tips and again claimed the prize outright with no other tipster on the same score. Jason is a NRL fan at heart but decided to have a go at AFL and it has paid off collecting $50 as a reward. Third position wasn’t as easy to claim with 6 tipsters all finished on 113 tips. However it was one of our forum moderators who claimed the prize after a countback. Luke tipped 8 twice this season which was more than anyone else on 113 points. Considering Luke is already a moderator a forum subscription was rather pointless so we rewarded him with a voucher on Sports Delivered. AFL Online would like to congratulate the above winners and would like to thank everyone who entered the competition. We hope to see you back in 2008 for what we hope will be a bigger and better competition.
