The footywrap catches up with Daisy Pearce this week. Daisy is captain of the reigning WVFL premiers, the Darebin Falcons. She shares her thoughts with Jeff on the opening round of the AFL season and shows off some of her flashy skills with the sherrin when Jeff’s mate, Clint shoots his mouth off about his thoughts on women in footy. Daisy is a Carlton fan and is excited about their new look midfield and says that ‘with the delivery that (Fevola) is going to be getting this year, I think he’ll be pretty excited as well.
Also discussed are the proposed 17th and 18th clubs to join the AFL and a look at Kane Johnson’s poor display of skills at the Victorian captains media day today. Not a good sign Tigers fans…
