My next value bet comes out of what could be the match of the round when Port Adelaide host Sydney at Adelaide Oval. Port Adelaide’s record against the Swans in far from flattering with the Power winning just 1 of their past 10 encounters. The Swans also beat them in their only encounter at Adelaide Oval.
Although Sydney slogged it out in extreme wet weather, they came roaring home to beat the Bombers. While Port Adelaide got overrun by Fremantle in Perth. Also in Sydney’s favour is the fact that they have an extra day’s break having played on Saturday afternoon. Port Adelaide played on Sunday evening and with a curfew at Adelaide Airport I’m guessing they didn’t arrive home until Monday morning.
